お客様情報について
お客様情報とは、生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別することが出来るものを言います。これには他の情報と照合することが出来、それにより特定の個人を識別できる事となるものを含みます。
お客様情報の利用目的について
当方がお客様情報を利用させていただく目的は以下の通りとします。
- 売買取引における当方の債務を履行するため及びそれに関連する業務のため
- 売買取引におけるアフターサービスの実施のため
- 当社が利用規約に定める転売を防止するため
- お客様に特別なサービスや新商品等をご案内するため
- 3のご案内のため、メールマガジン・DM・各種お知らせ等を送信・送付するため
お客様情報の第三者への委託や提供について
- 当方は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、お客様情報の全部又は一部を第三者に委託する場合があります。それ以外の場合、事前にお客様の同意を得ることなしでお客様情報を第三者に提供することは致しません。
- 警察官、弁護士、裁判所等の法律上照会権限を有する者から照会を受けた場合、法令に基づき必要と認められる範囲内でお客様情報の提供等の照会に応じることがあります。

About Customer Information
